A pile turner machine rotating a stack of paper with precision.

Twister Air Jogger

A stationary pile turner for twisting, vibrating, and ventilating paper or cardboard platforms is called the Twister 1600 AJ. It can support up to 1,800 kg of weight. Because it doesn’t need masonry construction or trenches, installation is straightforward. Due to the Twister AJ’s direct attachment to the ground, the platforms are always precisely aligned

Pile turner for jogging, alignment, and inverting

Starting out, the operator uses a forklift truck or a man-powered vehicle to place the pallet into the Twister AJ. The pallet need to be placed in front of the blowing chamber. The Twister is prepared to begin the work programme once it has been inserted. After being easily put into the machine, the stack of paper or cardboard is completely separated and aligned by the turbines and a strong vibration system.

Based on individual requirements, the operator may choose the required programme from the control panel. The Twister AJ provides a range of programmes, from stack turning-only to full ones that process the paper or cardboard stack using the air turbine and vibrating bench. There are two variants available: completely automated with a programmed “PLC system” that functions without the need for continual monitoring, and semi-automatic, which requires human presence throughout the operation.

The Twister AJ’s synchronised platforms start moving when the programme is chosen until they reach the photocells, which measure the height of the load. The stack is rotated by 90 degrees on its vertical axis, and the cardboard pallet is then rotated by 90 degrees to begin the processing step. The sheets are aligned and dusted off by strong turbines and efficient vibrating motors.

After the procedure is finished, the pile turner has two options: either it returns to the starting pallet loading position, or it rotates until the paper stack is entirely flipped around.

The Twister 1600 AJ improves the productivity and calibre of paper and cardboard handling operations by providing accurate and effective pile turning, jogging, and alignment.
