Dual mode tilting and no tilting
The Spider Inverter offers two distinct modes for pallet changes: the tilting mode and the non-tilting mode. In the tilting mode, the machine performs a 180-degree rotation of the product, facilitating the removal and repositioning of the pallet onto a new one. The load remains entirely secure and safe throughout the entire operation. The old pallet is manually removed by the operator, and the new pallet is inserted. To finalize the process, the load undergoes another 180-degree rotation and is then ready for transport.
In the non-tilting mode, the Spider Inverter securely locks the load laterally, allowing for the separation and replacement of the pallet. Subsequently, the operator inserts a new pallet, positioning it beneath the load to release the product and complete the operation.
