Description
The Pallet Transfer Station facilitates pallet replacement by shifting the old pallet into the pallet stacker and positioning a new pallet underneath the load.
The process initiates when the operator loads the entire load onto the machine. Subsequently, specialized side pressers are engaged, gently detaching the product from the old pallet and allowing the operator to remove the old pallet.
Afterward, the operator simply maneuvers the old pallet into the pallet stacker using a pallet-jack; this step is swift and takes only a few seconds. The pallet swapping concludes once the new pallet is accurately positioned beneath the load.
Once the old pallet is stacked behind the machine, the operator raises the forks of the pallet-jack to slide the new pallet beneath the product. At this juncture, the operator employs a remote control to disengage the side pressers, thereby freeing the product onto the new pallet.
Ultimately, the entire load can be smoothly retrieved from the pallet transfer station.
Description of Pallet Stacker Unloading:
The Pallet Transfer Station, known as the “Easy Changer,” offers two methods for unloading its pallet stacker:
1. Front Unloading: The pallet stacker descends until the pile reaches floor level, while the separation shutter simultaneously rises, enabling the pallet jack to extract the pallet stack. The maximum pallet stacker capacity is 10 pallets.
2. Back Unloading: Similarly, the pallet stacker descends until the pile reaches floor level. In this case, the operator can extract the stack of pallets from the rear. The separation shutter can remain in its initial working cycle position. The maximum capacity for back unloading is 13 pallets.
