Description
This solution is part of our pallet inverter family, initiating the operation by tilting the load at either 90° or 100°. Initially, the operator transports the loads onto the lower platform using a pallet jack.
The operator manages the machine through a control panel and activates the upper platform. The upper platform securely holds the product in place and tilts the entire load sideways.
Toppy’s freezer spacer removal system expands the compactor to separate the product from the freezer spacers and pallet. Following this step, the operator removes all freezer spacers and inserts the new pallet. Our cold storage freezer spacer removal system then closes the compactor and returns to its initial position.
At this point, the product is positioned on the new pallet without plastic dividers. To further facilitate the insertion and removal of plastic layers, Toppy provides this pallet tipper with a motorized roller table for forward and backward movement of the load.
This stationary pallet inverter comes in various configurations depending on the products being handled. This version of the cold storage freezer spacer removal system shares the same features as the standard model (L-Shape), with the only difference being that Toppy equips the lateral platform with movable rollers that can be locked and unlocked.
