“The Game Changer” boasts an impressive capacity, capable of handling loads of up to 1,500 kg and pallets with a height of 2,000 mm. What sets this stationary pallet inverter apart from the rest is its utilization of groundbreaking pallet replacement technology.
This state-of-the-art stationary pallet inverter is not only innovative but also incredibly efficient, with the ability to process up to 55 pallets per hour.
The pallet replacement process with ‘The Game Changer’ is initiated by an operator who transports the load into the automatic pallet inverter.
Using a push-button panel, the operator activates the automatic pallet changing system. Following this, the operator engages the upper platform via another push-button panel to securely immobilize the product. With this accomplished, the load can be rotated by 120°.
This rotation is essential for separating the old pallet from the product and facilitating the placement of the new pallet in lieu of the old one. The procedure is completed by closing the upper platform and returning the load to its initial position with a 120° rotation.
For specific products such as bags, it’s possible to replace the pallet without tilting the load by 120°.
