The pallet is easily lifted off the ground by the operator by inserting the trolley prongs into it. The clamps firmly lock the weight into a safe position and tilt it by 90° by pushing a button on the control panel.
The turning procedure is manual and only takes a few seconds to complete, making it fast and effective without sacrificing safety. The rotating mechanism is carefully constructed to avoid applying pressure on freshly printed sheets. Once the load has been properly twisted, it is carefully lowered back to the ground so that it may be put into the printer for the subsequent printing cycle.
