The operator places the entire load on the loading conveyor, safely crossing the muting safety barrier.
The system smoothly conveys the wooden pallet with the load from the roller conveyor to the rotating table. Thanks to the hydraulic fifth wheel, the operator can adjust the workstation’s orientation for easy access.
By utilizing hydraulic cylinders, the operator can adjust the workstation’s height, enabling manual film removal from the product.
The machine efficiently removes the film from the product, and the entire load safely passes through the muting safety barrier.
With the separation door open, the wooden pallet with the load enters the spraying booth via the roller/chain exchange conveyor. Once the door is closed, the spraying cycle commences.
At the spraying cycle’s end, the pallet magazine releases a new pallet.
The new pallet enters the spray booth via the separation door and aligns with the wooden pallet carrying the load stationed on the conveyor.
