The cabin is built using stainless steel walls that showcase a Scotch Brite finish, and it comes outfitted with ceiling lights to ensure proper interior illumination.
The setup includes a cleanroom airlock with interconnected doors, as well as a system for air blowing and purification. Moreover, there’s an option to incorporate an additional blowing mechanism featuring compressed air nozzles, or even a film cutting machine positioned at the beginning of the line.

The cabin features stainless steel walls with a Scotch Brite finish, along with ceiling lights to provide internal illumination.
The pulverization process operates by utilizing high-speed air jets that are filtered through a HEPA filter. These air jets are released from adjustable nozzle diffusers, which are mounted on a C-frame securely attached to the Master inverter.
Before passing through a HEPA filter, the recirculated air goes through two G4 pre-filters.
Maintenance of these pre-filters is carried out within the cabin using removable frames.
A high-pressure electric fan enables both air recirculation and the expulsion of 10% of the air after filtration. This is done to maintain a negative pressure inside the cabin.
The HEPA filter is positioned in the upper external part of the cabin. Monitoring the clogging of the HEPA filter is handled by a MAGNEHELIC differential pressure gauge (with a scale ranging from 0 to 500 la).
